Keith is the son of a preacher woman and the life of any party. When Keith is not at the meadery, he enjoys contemplating analytics and creating complex spreadsheets.

Haley’s personality illuminates our tasting room. Outside of work, she can be found hanging out with her 11-foot-tall husband Ben or break dancing till dawn.
Brandon Benninger

Brandon is a mead making biologist that raises World Champion Llamas. He has also been know to sell an RV or 6. Brandon is our brother from another mother, but we promise he is not a blood relative to Keith.

Allison always has a smile for you when she’s behind the bar. When she’s not at Manic or Gnosis, she enjoys being a good mom to her 3 cats and spending time with her firefighter/EMT boyfriend James, and reading fantasy novels.
Sondra Eisler

Sondra is sweet, sassy, and smart assy. In her free time, she enjoys creating art and curling up on the couch with a book. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, Joey. Did we mention she’s 4’8” ?
